Born and trained in Austria and Switzerland with a degree in Hotel Management. Certified as a professional Chef .
He worked in five star Restaurants and Hotels around the world such as Switzerland, Germany, USA , California, Soul Korea, Hong Kong, China , In 2000 Johannes established his own Business in San Diego and in 2004 Purchased the Sonoma Coast Villa & Spa in California, sold the Resort in 2016 and Moved to Bluffton South Carolina.
